Simple and delicious specialty for which you have probably all you need is already in the refrigerator.
Ingredients for 3 persons:
- 22 cleaned squid
- 4 sprigs parsley
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 slices cheese (any)
- 3 slices prosciutto
- 4 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup dry white wine
- oil
- salt

Preparation
From 22 s squid place them on page 18. Finely chop the cheese, prosciutto, cut into thin strips
4 squid and chop the tentacles of retail, add chopped parsley and garlic, egg, bread crumbs, cheese and ham, mix well (I mash them with your fingers, as in polpetih), add one third cup of wine, salt a little bit, because they are already salted ham and cheese.
Take the calamari, which were placed on one side and each one is filled with a filling-somewhere to 3 / 4, at the end of the seal with a toothpick in the shape of the letter "s".
When all are filled, place in pan, spoon of olive oil, put up squid. On each side fry it 4-5 minutes to coagulate. Then pour the remaining wine and cook for 2 minutes, then add a teaspoon of crumbs and a pinch of chopped parsley and then stew for 10 minutes.
